TCS is enhancing its mix, but does it have the size, offerings and relationships to trouble its competition? The key will be leveraging its differentiators and educating on its enhanced capabilities to overcome the ‘I didn’t know TCS did that’ hurdle. Ultimate success will be the achievement of certain KPIs – building consulting revenues, margins and a level of pull-through. To date TCS has shown substantial patience during the integration programme, but will start to expect increasing delivery against these metrics
